Jennifer Willis RN, BSN, began to work with the Stice brothers in 2014. She received her nursing degree from Treasure Valley Community College and her BSN from Boise State University.

Jennifer held a variety of field nursing positions in hospice, before moving into supervisory and management positions focusing on operations, education, compliance, and quality care. Jennifer uses her experience to evaluate operations, compliance, and processes, in order to identify areas of concern, areas for improvement and give guidance in the development of best practices.

Jennifer received her nursing degree from Treasure Valley Community College and her BSN from Boise State University. She worked in hospice for 7 years and held many positions including On-Call Nurse, RN Case Manager, and Clinical Director, before entering the role of Director of Compliance. Jennifer used her clinical experiences to guide development of policies and procedures, best-known practices, and ongoing education for staff to ensure that the team as a whole would adhere to all regulatory guidelines. Jennifer has had many family members receive the blessings of hospice and she knows first hand how amazing and supportive hospice can be during that time of need. She has a passion for helping staff provide high-quality care. She believes it is a gift all people deserve at the end of life.

Mallory joined the SwiftHaven team after developing a passion for helping others while working in hospice for 6 years. She has a background in customer service and branding and which lead her to work in Public Relations as a Graphic Designer. As she wanted to become more involved with patient care, Mallory took a position as an Office Manager where she focused her efforts on developing standard processes for office managers, made sure her office was compliant and billable, learned the regulatory guidelines of hospice, and dedicated herself to supporting an atmosphere were team members could build meaningful relationships. She later on became the Director of Care Team where she lead her team with the focus on legendary customer service, compliance, and creating a predictable feeling for patients and families with every interaction.

Kimber is a born and raised Idaho girl. She's the mom to three great boys. She has worked in various fields including banking, mining, real estate, and she owns a custom apparel business. Kimber worked for Heart 'n Home Hospice in Public Relations, as an Office Manager, on the Compliance Team, and she helped build their Care Team which made sure all interactions and paperwork between doctors, nurses, and families went smoothly. Outside of work she enjoys creating custom apparel and loves being a Rodeo Mom.

Devin received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Boise State University. Devin has experience auditing businesses and automating work processes. He recently worked with a successful hospice agency where he spent 8 years as the Director of Finance. As the Director of Finance, he helped ensure that the company stayed in a financial position to care for as many patients as possible. He found joy in finding purpose and joy in doing his part to ensure patients could receive the benefits of exceptional hospice care.

Brad works in finance managing Accounts Payable, processes Payroll, and Finance Auditing. He graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. While going to school he worked on the finance team at Fund Raisers, Ltd, a brick engraving fundraiser company. After graduation he worked in the finance department for Woodgrain Millwork, Heart 'n Home Hospice, and now with SwiftHaven Healthcare. He is married with two children and one more due any day. He loves the outdoors, watching and playing sports, and spending time with his family.

Alyssa is a Registered Nurse who received her nursing degree from the Lamar Community College in Colorado. Throughout her nursing career she spent a year nursing in corrections, spent 4 1/4 years working in hospice, and she worked in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and in other home care. Aside from nursing, Alyssa has experience working with law enforcement, customer service, and working in a mental health facility. Alyssa loves helping others and gone on multiple church missions to help in the aid of others. She spent a week serving people in St. Louis, a week helping re-construct a church building, helped two different weeks in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina, and served for 10 days in Swaziland, Africa. Alyssa loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors and go camping and hiking. And her most favorite thing of all is serving others.

Cyndee grew up in South Lake Tahoe and moved to Idaho 10 years ago. She is a Registered Nurse who is about to start her BSN schooling. She worked for an award-winning hospice for 6 years as an On-Call Nurse, an RN Case Manager, and a Compliance Officer. She loves her family and loves to sing and dance. She has been teaching dance for 34 years now.

RaChelle has worked for over 11 years in the customer service and caregiving fields before making a change to a Public Relations. This new role pushed her to learn all about market analysis, graphic design, blogging, social media, website management, materials development and more. She has a passion for helping others. While she doesn't provide hands-on care any more, she finds pleasure in being able to offer support to those who do care for people. As an Idaho native, RaChelle loves exploring her great state, but also loves to travel around the world. She has 5 beautiful children and a wonderful husband. In her spare time she runs a photography business which she says is a creative outlet and an opportunity to meet so many amazing people.

Drea is the Director of Human Resources for High Road PEO. She is married with 3 incredible children. As a family they love camping, fishing, and anything else that involves being outdoors. In her spare time, she loves to play ultimate frisbee and dabbles in woodwork. Throughout her various roles of management, teaching preschool, and administrative work, helping people has always been the common tread of what I love to do. This includes connecting with people, finding areas to build them up, or finding ways to help them be successful. She started down the HR path in 2015 with Heart 'n Home Hospice. She fell in love with HR as she learned it was much more than just administrative work, it is about connection. It is connecting employees and the company with one mission. It is about what a company can do to help their employees feel confident, love what they do, and to grow their capabilities. It starts with hiring the right people and getting them in the right seats all the way through processes and education, down to terminations when it is no longer the right fit. Drea feels incredibly grateful to serve alongside a close-knit team of talented individuals who have a similar passion for helping others.

Billie is an HR Specialist with High Road PEO. She has been a part of the HR field for more than 28 years. She loves serving employees and being able to be a resource to help make their work experience the best it can be. Billie has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. Even though she did not pursue a career in those particular fields, she feels she has been able to draw from that education in her HR work. Billie loves living in Idaho where there are four distinct seasons (Fall is her favorite). She has been married for 29 years and has 2 fantastic boys and a terrific daughter-in-law. She loves the time she gets to spend with her family. She loves everything Disney, especially Disneyland during the holidays.
